Victoria University experts in sports science are available for interview to comment on the Olympic Games.

Areas of expertise include: sports ethics, drug use and control, athlete's rights, sports violence and injury, applied sport psychology, anxiety and choking (eg: Sally Robbins), sport finance, sport and globalisation, and sport policy and planning.

Areas of expertise: the Olympics in total - especially the politics of the games; history; issues; and controversies.

Richard is currently in Beijing presenting at an Olympics conference.

Richard was previously a fitness columnist for the Melbourne Age and the Melbourne Herald-Sun newspapers. He has attended numerous Olympic and Commonwealth Games, other major international sports events and in the 2000 Sydney Olympics worked for the Coca-Cola Hospitality Program.
