Applying through Victoria Tertiary Admissions Centre

International students completing the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or the International Baccalaureate (IB) in Victoria in the year before they want to start university must apply through the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC)  for a place as an international student at Victoria university. Application forms and guide books on admission can be obtained by writing to:

International students who gain permanent residence must submit evidence to VTAC by early January. Students whose permanent residence status is granted after the set date in January cannot be included in the selection of local students. They must negotiate directly with the University.

Students completing other Australian Year 12 qualifications and those who are already enrolled at Australian tertiary institutions, as well as students who have completed the VCE in previous years, must apply directly to the University.
