Time change during the year - Daylight Savings Time

Over the summer months, we enjoy longer days. Daylight savings time is started on the last Sunday morning of October with clocks set forward one hour. This takes place at 2am EST.

Generally at 2am EST on the last Sunday morning of March, clocks are turned back one hour to mark the end of daylight saving.
