Kick start your career, with the Undergraduate Certificate in Building Construction Management from Victoria University.

This course gives you a recognised qualification within six months – providing a fast track towards a new career.

You’ll graduate with an understanding of building construction industry practices, processes and professional requirements, as well as advanced construction management knowledge, including how to:

  • review construction systems and materials and the principles of sustainability, occupational health and safety requirements
  • adopt contract administration and risk management procedures
  • use the National Construction Code (NCC) provisions for buildings for onsite safe inspection practices
  • apply professional ethics, skills and accountabilities to work.

If you decide to keep studying to aim for higher roles, you may progress to the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours), Bachelor of Building Design or Bachelor of Building Surveying.
