About Peter Thomas

Dr Peter Thomas is a Senior Lecturer in the College of Arts, Business, Law, Education and IT at Victoria University. His research work is in the areas of multimedia education, digital literacy and the technology used by young people. He is also writing on Student Mobility in International Settings, particularly in Timor-Leste. Peter's teaching focuses on literacy education, technology and secondary school education.

He is supervising theses on digital technology in schools, E-learning and young peoples' engagement with technology.

Peter has been on six study tours with the College of Arts & Education to Timor-Leste and Malaysia.
