“After completing my undergraduate studies in business, accounting and finance and working in customer service for over four years, I decided to improve my knowledge and skillset with a Master of Business Analytics at Victoria University.
“As technology advances over the years, business analytics plays an important role in driving a business towards success.”

Designing solutions with SAP technology
“Working in the SAP Next Gen Lab at VU has been an amazing experience.
“Under the guidance of Dr Scott Bingley, we have worked with data from SAP SuccessFactors for a customer, using SAP Analytics Cloud to design solutions for their HR team to understand the company workforce better.
I was able to gain exposure to agile project management and improved my understanding of how we can derive important conclusions from big data dumps.
“I also had the opportunity to take part in the SAP Career Mentor program with Greg Hill (TransformUp Consulting), which has been of great help to understand what the current SAP market looks like and where I can start my journey to potentially work in the SAP business world.
“As I complete my course of study next semester, I am hoping to get some of my SAP certifications and potentially join a company that uses SAP and can provide me with the experience to benefit my career as a business analyst.”
