Overview

This unit is designed to give participants an introduction to the implementation framework SAP Activate. The unit discusses the methodology component of SAP Activate in detail, including key deliverables in the context of different project journeys for new implementation in the cloud and on-premise (including SAP Fiori activation), system conversion and landscape transformation.

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:

  1. Prepare learners for working within an S/4HANA implementation project; and,
  2. Prepare for the "SAP Associate Project Manager" certification.
