Daniel (he/him) is a Teaching Focused Academic in the First Year College (FYC), working specifically in the osteopathy program. He is a passionate teaching academic focusing on student-centred learning, practical skills and evidence-based practice.

Within the FYC, Daniel teaches evidence-based practice, professional communication, human physiology and clinical skills. He has also previously taught small business practice and strength and conditioning for allied health professionals. He currently convenes HBO1003 Biomedical Science for Osteopathy in the FYC osteopathy program.

Daniel has an industry background in clinical private practice, allied health in aged care and allied healthcare practitioner supervision. When not at VU, he supervises allied healthcare practitioners and develops policies and procedures relating to delivering high-quality healthcare.

His research interests include human performance and clinical assessment.
