Felicity Topp, Chief Executive of Peninsula Health, blends a rich nursing background in intensive care with over 35 years of expertise in public health leadership.
Formerly Deputy Chief Executive at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, she has steered executive roles at Barwon Health and Royal Melbourne Hospital. Felicity holds a Masters of Public Health, a Bachelor of Nursing, and a Graduate Diploma in Health Counselling from Victoria University.
As a Fellow of the Fairfax Ethical Leadership Centre and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she contributes as a non-executive director for HealthShare Victoria.
Recognised for her lifetime achievements, Felicity was honoured with the Victorian University Alumni Lifetime Achievement award in 2022.
