Kathy a teacher with the College of Sport, Health and Engineering. She teaches classes in the Bachelor of Nutrition Science and Master of Dietetics programs within the Biomedical and Life Sciences Program, and she is the unit convenor for HHN 4004 Food Service Systems and Management.

Kathy has 15+ years of experience as a food service dietitian working across a range of healthcare settings both in Victoria and interstate. She currently works part-time at the Royal Children’s Hospital (Melbourne) as a senior food service dietitian. 

She is also a PhD candidate with Monash University, where she is investigating opportunities to support local food procurement by public hospitals. She is an active member of Dietitians Australia and an accredited practising dietitian (APD).
