Maria is a Lecturer in the Victoria University Business School. She has been involved in education for over 20 years. This experience has included delivering learning in the corporate sector and post-compulsory education. Her skills include curriculum development for industry and the Higher Education sector and policy development in the area of Articulation.
Most recently Maria has been involved in coordinating a capstone subject in the College of Business that links some students with industry via a problem-based project. The involvement of industry allows students to demonstrate the application of generic skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving and teamwork to workplace mentors.
