The Disability Studies in Education (DSE) annual conference will be hosted in July 2014, by The Victoria Institute, Victoria University, Melbourne.
Sponsored by the American Educational Research Association (AERA), this will be the first time in its 14-year history that the conference will be held in Australia. The conference is renowned for attracting academics and thinkers from all over the world to discuss the latest thinking on key issues in disability studies.
DSE 14 aims to engage the full education spectrum, from early years to year 12, through to higher education and beyond. This conference serves as a platform to shape future practice and thinking around key issues to do with disability studies in education.
