Free mental health seminar

Victoria University's Women's Wellness West Network will hold a free public seminar focusing on mental health on Wednesday 30 November at the University's Sunshine Campus.
Guest speakers are VU's Professor Mark Anderson, who will present the lecture, "The Buddha in the Darkness, Sitting with Depression through Mindfulness"; Dr Val Goodwin, who will discuss how to stay well while caring for someone experiencing mental illness; and Professor Jayashri Kulkarni, Director of the Monash Alfred Psychiatry Research Centre, who will talk about women and mental health.
VU osteopathy students will offer free mini treatments before the seminar.
