Sally-Ann coordinates undergraduate psychology placements for third year students and teaches in the Senior College. She has taught a range of psychology units across all levels of the undergraduate psychology degree, including the APP3028 Fieldwork unit.

Sally-Ann completed her undergraduate psychology degree and her honours degree at Victoria University. She also completed her PhD in 2014 at Victoria University. Sally-Ann's PhD examined support for parents of gifted children in the western region of Melbourne.
