As a champion of women’s sport, VU is excited to be hosting the #WISPAA Women in Sport Photo Action Awards from 14-30 October at Footscray Park Campus.
The Women in Sport Photo Action Awards (WISPAA) Exhibition is touring the country and Victoria University is honoured to display the exhibition at our Footscray Park Campus.
Women Sport Australia Inc (WSA) is the peak national advocacy body for women in sport. WSA fights every day to help create a level playing field for women – on and off the field of play. The WISPAA Exhibition aims to help change media and public perception and depiction of women in sport.
"For the first time there will be a public exhibition devoted solely to stunning action photographs of Australia’s female athletes in flight, performing great feats and fearlessly fighting to succeed."
