We're running free group exercise sessions for students and staff at our City Campus.
Improve your fitness and be part of an awesome team in an encouraging, motivating environment. VU Sport Team Training is small group coaching session run by a personal trainer.
Please bring a towel and water bottle with you.

City Tower, T1007 (Level 10, near the Common Café).

About the program
The City Campus Wellness Program is a SSAF-funded initiative providing students at the VU City Tower with much needed access on-campus health and wellness activities.
Throughout Blocks 2, 3 & 4 of Semester 2, VU Sport will offer a range of lunchtime group exercise classes including Yoga, Team Training, Walk & Talk and more!
