LEAD Program: Communication for Leaders

Learn how to communicate with people from different backgrounds who may see things differently, and discover how to work with others to achieve common goals. 

The Communication for Leaders module will give you a greater understanding of the need to develop rapport with others, the value of listening and the power of networking. 

By completing this module, you will earn 10 Leadership Points towards completion of the LEAD Program.

It is recommended that you attend the 'LEAD - Your Leadership Journey' workshop first; but this is not compulsory, so feel free to come along!
