LEAD Program: The Emotionally Intelligent Leader

The Emotionally Intelligent Leader module will give you an insight into how to harness and encourage the positive aspects of team members. 

One of our most popular workshops, this module will teach you what it means to be emotionally intelligent and how to encourage others to be their best.

It is recommended that you attend the 'LEAD – Your Leadership Journey workshop' before you attend this module, but this is not compulsory, so feel free to come along! 

By completing this module, you will earn 10 Leadership Points towards completion of the LEAD Program.
