Academic integrity is the ethical basis upon which academic work is produced. It comprises six important values – Honesty, Trust, Fairness, Respect, Responsibility and Courage. 

The online workshop 'Getting started with Academic Integrity' is for students starting or continuing their studies at Victoria University (VU). As you study in the academic environment, it is important to understand VU's Academic Integrity Policy and become familiar with Academic Integrity terms and concepts.

In this online workshop, you will:

  • learn why academic integrity matters
  • become familiar with Academic Integrity terms and concepts
  • be guided through the Academic Integrity resources, support and information available including the Academic Integrity modules available in the Academic Integrity HQ in VU Collaborate.
