Plant swap

Come along for a chat, meet other VU plant-lovers and go home with some new goodies!

If you have excess plants, cuttings, seeds, home grown produce or gardening supplies, you can trade or give them away through this community. Come for a short time or stay for the whole time.

• Learn how to make a cutting and grow from a cutting.
• Learn tips and tricks from other plant lovers.
• Swap or share plant cuttings for propagation.
• Swap or share seeds.
• Swap or share small potted plants or seedlings.
• Share excess fruit, vegetables, herbs etc that you have grown.

What you can bring

• An interest in plants to either learn more or share your knowledge
• 2—3 cuttings/plants of each type of plant you would like to swap or share, if you have them
• If you have any small boxes, containers, jars or paper bags to transport cutting/produce. Try to keep it plastic free, if possible!
