Here's a step-to-step guide on how to Preference VU #1:
- Create a VTAC account and complete your profile
- Select up to eight courses andlist them in order of preference
- Review your application details
- Submit!
- Pay your application fee.
Tips for making the best choices
- Put your preferred course first: List courses in the order you really want to study them — not just the ones you think you’ll get into.
- Check entry rules: Make sure you meet the entry requirements for each course, or you might miss out.
- Check your course is still open: Some courses close early. Check that your chosen course is still taking applications.
- Research thoroughly: Use VTAC's CourseSearch tool or read How to navigate VTAC CourseSearch. Plus we’ve got plenty of handy tips to help you plan your future at VU.
