Vocational Education and Training hybrid education & learning project
The global pandemic forced an immediate response by Vocational Education and Training providers to deliver programs off-campus via a digital, remote model which when coupled with necessary face-to-face learning and assessment enabled ongoing and successful student progress.
This project responds to this shift in teaching to find ways that will ensure long-term and far-reaching benefits for students across the polytechnic.
It focuses on modes of learning that guarantee work and life-readiness for students, and will provide flexible and transitional learning opportunities for students to ensure that they are adaptable and work ready.
This research will:
- develop new models of delivery and student engagement that are innovative and a significant point of difference to other vocationally-oriented offerings
- provide innovative operational solutions to new course development, design and delivery.
