Studying at a campus with students from more than 40 countries around the world, Sheryl Infante says VU Sydney’s diverse nationality mix has made the adjustment to Australia all the more easier.
The international student left her home country of the Philippines in 2018 to study the Master of Business (Enterprise Resource Planning Systems) at Victoria University's (VU) Sydney campus.
“Apart from the quality education offered by VU, the University provides a diverse community that welcomes international students like me,” Sheryl says.
“Studying at VU gives me a lot of opportunities to meet amazing new people,” she says.
A leader in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, VU offers one of the most comprehensive ERP programs in the world – which is the main reason Sheryl chose VU for her studies.
Of all the prestigious universities in Sydney, VU is one of the only ones providing an internationally-recognised ERP program and is the leading provider of ERP systems education. The thing I like most about my course is that it has helped me to enhance my organisational, interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills.
“I am also able to learn the theoretical concepts of my course during the lectures and relevant technical skills in the workshops and tutorial sessions.”
Sheryl says international students thinking of studying at VU Sydney can expect a world-class education and a high quality student experience.
“They offer great support to the students and care for our wellbeing.
“A friendly environment, supportive staff and excellent student services are just some of the things to look forward to at VU Sydney.”
VU delivers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Sydney in partnership with the Education Centre of Australia – a global education provider that has helped tens of thousands of students from around the world achieve world-class qualifications.
