Overview

The 'people' factor is fundamental to project success. This unit examines how effective leadership, people management, and team dynamics contribute to project outcomes through the clear definition and understanding of roles, responsibilities, and competencies of project participants. Students will analyse stakeholder dynamics, evaluate motivation approaches, and assess leadership strategies in project-focused environments. Through critical review of theoretical frameworks and practical applications, students will develop skills in analysing and evaluating effective people management strategies that enhance project success.
