This unit examines contemporary stakeholder management theories and their practical application in complex project environments. Students will develop expertise in stakeholder identification and analysis, evaluate engagement strategies, and assess communication approaches for managing stakeholder relationships. The unit emphasises critical evaluation of stakeholder dynamics and conflict resolution techniques, while considering the project manager's role in balancing diverse stakeholder expectations. Students will also develop expertise in formulating and developing comprehensive stakeholder management strategies for project contexts.
