Overview

In this highly interactive unit, you gain knowledge on how to use agile techniques in SAP projects. This unit complements agile courses from other providers, like Scaled Agile, Certified Scrum Master and/or PMI- ACP training.

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:

  1. Learn about the SAP Activate methodology and agile implementation techniques in SAP projects; and
  2. Apply the Agile techniques in projects through project use cases and simulations.
