Students will develop and analyse dynamic models to simulate construction processes, identify bottlenecks, and optimise resource allocation. Emphasising sustainable practices, the unit examines environmental and economic impacts on construction projects. Through simulation models, students will predict project behaviour under various scenarios, enabling proactive management of time, cost, and quality. The unit merges theory with practice, using advanced system dynamics tools to boost performance in complex, large-scale construction projects.
