Overview

This unit is designed to develop students’ awareness and appreciation of the critical issues and ethical dimensions as they are applied to contemporary issues in the sport science and physical education context. The unit will facilitate the development of students’ abilities to analyse critically various issues, policies, laws, practices, and relationships within sport and physical education.

Special attention will be given to explore partnership with industry and community in order to create authentic and contextualised experiences. As such, students will analyse critical issues related with diversity and inclusion and social change in Physical Education and Sport.
