This is a third year unit in the Bachelor of Business with a specialisation in Human Resource Management. This unit is concerned with how technologies offer value to improve human resource management and relevant practices. Students critically evaluate the technologies and methodologies involved in the improvement of human resource management; and develop the knowledge and skills to effectively use and manage various Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
