Building on the foundation laid in NBC3008 Building Surveying Project 1, which explored the project scope, design considerations, and planning strategies, this capstone unit continues with the creation, delivery, and evaluation phases of their respective projects. The unit offers students a unique opportunity to consolidate and apply their acquired knowledge and skills in the profession of building regulations. The unit's objective is to deliver on projects involving substantial practical building surveying content. Throughout this unit, students will be responsible for organising, implementing, and evaluating various components critical for the successful completion of a building surveying focused project in accordance with building codes. Projects area undertaken by small student teams, fostering a collaborative environment typical of the building surveying industry.
