This unit will provide students with a broad theoretical and technical understanding of room divisions operations within a hotel environment. Through a range of problem solving activities, case studies and industry integrated projects. Students will develop the capabilities and skills to facilitate effective rooms divisions and room pricing strategies. Using a range of data sources, students will learn to apply the principles of the guest cycle and identify the most appropriate room divisions model(s) to support their decision-making.
