The 2024 Library Client Survey is open from 30 September-13 October.
The survey asks you:
- what is important to you as a student or staff
- how well the Library is performing
- how we can improve to better service your needs.

It takes just 10 minutes to complete the survey which is administered by InSync. The survey is confidential and anonymous and your honest input will make it very worthwhile.
Insync’s privacy policy prohibits the provision of your survey responses to VU Library or any third party in a way that would allow your responses to be linked to you.
Survey prizes
Students who complete the survey go in the draw for a chance to win one of three $250 VU gift cards. Terms and conditions apply.
