Overview

Develop expert knowledge to qualify as a Building Surveyor (Level 2) with an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying CPC60121 at Victoria University (VU).

As a building surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in the growing construction industry’s ability to improve functionality and safety in our built environment.

In this specialised building surveying course, you’ll become an expert in the compliance requirements, regulations and laws for constructing residential and commercial buildings up to three storeys.

If you’re a building surveyor or certifier already working in the construction industry, this course will allow you to expand your skills, get qualified as a Building Surveyor (Level 2) and join the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors, the national professional organisation for building surveying.

With nearly every construction job needing building surveyors to ensure compliance with important safety and quality standards, your skills will be in high demand.
