Sign up for one of two masterclasses, focuses on building out leadership skills such as strategic thinking and decision-making, and leading high-peforming teams.

Both classes will be held at VU's City Tower in early August.

: This masterclass will demystify strategic thinking and provide practical tools and techniques for effective decision-making.

Learn about how to clearly identify problems that need solutions or opportunities that can be seized upon, what kind of data needs to be collected and analysed, and how to assess whether the necessary capabilities and resources are available to achieve desired outcomes within the required timeframe.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a solid foundation in strategic thinking and decision-making, ready to apply these skills to real-world challenges and opportunities.
