Gain essential technical skills for a career in engineering, with the Advanced Diploma of Engineering MEM6012 at Victoria University.

Looking to start a new career or advance your skills in the engineering industry?

The advanced engineering diploma gives you the expertise needed to succeed in technical and mechanical engineering roles.

You will take part in workshop projects where you will plan, execute and finalise entire engineering projects – from concept to design and build.

Learning from engineering experts, you will develop skills such as:

  • working safely and following standard workshop procedures
  • selecting the correct materials for engineering projects
  • solving engineering problems using mathematical formulas
  • using computer-aided design (CAD) drawing equipment to create drawings and 3D models
  • coordinating engineering projects.

You will graduate with the knowledge and confidence to apply for technical engineering roles.
